Frightful Halloween Card...

Hello friends!  I'm happy you've stopped by today.  I have a Frightful Halloween card to share with you!  My spooky halloween projects are in full swing around here.  With Halloween approaching, that means fall is here (where I live) and I just love the cooler temperatures it brings!  This is also a design team project for Inspiration Emporium.  I hope you can stop by and take a peek at all the great inspiration my team mates have created over at the Inspiration Journal!
For the base of my card, I started with Tim Holtz Kraft Core #24.  Kraft Core is my absolute favorite cardstock!  I selected a paper from the Regions Beyond paper pad.  Did a little stamping and stenciling with texture paste.
I diecut the words "Happy Halloween" out of manila card stock, then heat embossed in silver.
I stamped the raven on distress watercolor paper and colored with distress inks and a water brush.  The new Sizzix Tim Holtz punches are wonderful!  I love that they have a distressed look to them.  I used the banner and the twig punches.  I did some additional distressing and used some vintage book paper behind the raven.  I layered everything up, did some paint splatters and there you have it!  Spooky fun! ;)
You can find most of the supplies I used at Inspiration Emporium via the links below.  Remember to use my coupon code - vintagemuse - to save 10% on your order.  That wraps it up for me, I hope you enjoyed todays project!  As always thanks for stopping by and I'll see you next time!
