For The Record 2-Documented Part 2

I'd like to share the last two projects I finished using Echo Parks - For The Record 2 - Documented.  I started out with a plain paper mache box.  I painted it black, then covered with scrapbook paper.  I used Maya Road small wooden spools for the feet.  Of course it would not be complete without a little Tim Holtz.  I used a Cash Key, Pen Nib and Baubles.  I drilled a hole in the Pen Nib using the Tim Holtz Drill Punch (really easy to work with).

I made a small accordion folding album to fit inside the box.

I accented using Glossy Accents on the stickers to give a 3D effect.

Echo Park For The Record 2 - Documented

Hi, Bobbi here just wanting to share a couple of layouts I did with Echo Park For The Record 2 - Documented.  I loved the blues, greens and yellows in this collection.  This collection has a very vintage feel.  I used some Studio Calico Wood Veneers and Maya Road Trinket Pins as accents.  I also used a distressing tool and a bone folder on the edges of my paper to achieve that worn look, then followed up with some Tim Holtz Walnut Stain Distress Ink on the edges.  I will have 2 more projects to share in a couple of days :)

Christmas Configuration Box

When I was at Summer CHA this year, I was lucky enough to take one of Tim Holtz classes.  It was fabulous, I had such a wonderful time :)  This project started out as a plain configuration box, then we transformed it into this little gem!!!  We used many of Tim Holtz new products, like the Woodland Tree, Mini Lantern, Silver Tinsel Twine, Frosted Film, Distress Stickles Dry Glitter and Metallic Stains.  You will be able to find all of these products at The Scrapbooking Studio very soon!  I love that the Mini Lantern really lights up, it just takes 2 AA batteries.  Stop on by the Studio, I will have this on display for you to see at the Bloomington location.

September ATC Class

The next ATC Class will be Saturday, September 15th from 10am - 1pm at The Scrapbooking Studio in Bloomington, IL.  We will be making 9 fall themed ATC Cards.  We will be using Tim Holtz product and even some Vintaj!  Have fun and maybe learn some new techniques at the same time :)

Weekend Market Cards

I just wanted to share a few cards I had made not too long ago, using BoBunny Weekend Market paper.  I also used lots of Wendy Vecchi stamps and Art Parts.  I thought this was a very masculine collection, I had fun working with it :)  I also used some mica fragments and aged embossing powder from Stampendous.
