Hi everyone, hope you're having a wonderful day! I'm sharing a few more cards today that I made for Stampers Anonymous CHA 2015 booth! First up, is "Fresh Brewed" one of my favorite stamp sets! Can anyone guess who I had in mind when I made this one???
Below each card I will list all the products that I used to create them. For this card I stamped the drink in black archival as well as the phrase. I watercolored with distress inks and cut out. I did some splattering with tarnished brass distress spray stain. I cut a piece of distress watercolor paper with the cameo die. The tile look that makes the background is Ranger texture paste using the "tiles" stencil. After completely dried I went behind and sponged on mowed lawn distress ink onto tiles, inking a little heavier in some areas and less in others. I tied the linen ribbon around the cameo cut out, before adhering the drink to card front. I finished with a loop pin and a number brad that I had drilled a hole in to create a charm.
Next up is the "perspective" butterfly and phrase...love that butterfly stamp!
I stamped the butterfly, phrase and the mesh on distress watercolor cardstock with jet black archival ink. Using vintage photo distress ink, I brushed color onto the background of the mesh and the phrase. I colored the butterfly with salty ocean and vintage photo distress inks. I splattered a little water to leave some watermarks and then splattered again with tarnished brass distress spray stain. Finished off with some idea-ology pieces.
I did create one of these cards for Tim Holtz's booth as well!
Last but certainly not least today, is the "Baby Blueprints" card... perfect for anyone expecting! :) I also made one of these cuties for Tim Holtz's booth too!
I stamped the onesie, the small bear, two small bows from the rattle and the "special delivery" greeting with black archival ink on distress watercolor card stock. For the background, I sponged on several colors of distress ink using the "splotches" stencil, I just covered up the holes I didn't want to use with sticky notes. I colored the bear using vintage photo and the bows with spun sugar distress inks. I cut out the onesie, the bear and the two bows then layered everything up and attached the hanger clip.
